Close inactive user's website

  Hi all,
  I would like to ask the WordPress community regarding the closure of an inactive user’s website.

  Firstly, the webpage (https://warriorscouts.wordpress.com/) has not been in use since 2009 and we are not able to contact the administrator as he had changed his e-mail. We intend to shut the website down and open a new site.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  Sorry, WordPress.COM will not shut the site down for you, and if they deleted it then it would be gone forever anyway – you need to contact the blog owner and WordPress.COM will not help for privacy reasons
