  Hello,

  I unintentionally created an account, and want it to be closed. I attempted to close it with my password, but it would not allow me to. Please close my account.

  I have attempted to do these things, many times. When I go to the “delete account” it asks for my password. After I type my password, I am still unable to hit the “close your account” button.

  Okay, so the close your account button is still greyed out and not clickable even after you successfully type in your password…to rule out a caching issue, have you tried to delete the account while under a different browser or after clearing your cache?

  I have cleared my cache, closed my browser, etc. I have tried on my phone & tried on another computer. Can you please close my account?

  Would you please try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

  If that doesn’t work, please let us know which browser (and version of) you’re using.

  @heatherlmarriott could you clarify whether it’s this or another account you’re trying to close? If it’s a different account, can you send that username?

  I hope you don’t mind, but I’ve seen confusion over this before. You need to type the account username instead of the password to complete the deletion process. The button should light up to click if you type the correct username.
