  I can’t fully shift to a new hosting arrangement. I still have this site in my cache. My browser won’t let go it. I need to get this matter cleared up so I can manage my site at my new hosting.

  Hello,

  You can close your WordPress.com account by following the steps mentioned here: https://wordpress.com/support/close-account/

  Please note closing your account deletes all of the sites you own and all their contents. After a few weeks, the data will be entirely purged from our system, and at this point, the process cannot be reversed.
