  wordpress.com doesn’t close accounts on demand, only the owner is able to do so. Just follow instructions at https://en.support.wordpress.com/close-account/

  Hi there!

  It seems that you’re a collaborator on a blog with an upgrade – pinkadvocate.com. You’ll want to ask the owner of that site to remove you from there and assign all your posts to someone else.
  After that is done, you’ll be able to close your account following the steps from above.
