Hi there, it looks like you opened a fraud dispute on the payment. That would prevent the account from closing since there would be an investigation involved with that. Can you cancel the dispute so we can just refund you instead? You’re currently well within the refund period.
Then we’d just need to downgrade the site, and you can delete it and close your account from there. Please confirm too that it’s okay for us to downgrade, since you’d lose any progress you’ve made since adding plugins and what not.
Also, I did notice your site has a bunch of vc_ codes all over it. If you’re refunding because those aren’t working right, note you’d just need the Visual Composer plugin to sort that out.
