  If by close you mean ‘delete’, you can delete your blog by going here, and following the directions:

  http://jejequiltdiary.wordpress.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=delete-blog

  Be very careful, once it’s deleted you’ll never, ever, ever be able to use that URL ever again. Also, you cannot delete your account.
