  Hello, I have tried closing my account but it is not working. Please close my account and stop taking money from my credit card

  You need to cancel all your purchases first before closing your account.

  My account displays no upcoming purchases, or previous purchases, although I have recently been charged. Can you please just cancel my account?

  That is the address on this account and it doesn’t have any sites or payments.

  If you’re being charged for something, can you look at the statement and see if it says wpchrg.com on it, just to confirm it’s coming from us? If it does, it should have a transaction ID by it.
