    hello. recently i contacted you guys to close my account thewayiseeit.com as i never used it. i was assured via this chat that it had been cancelled and i have just received a receipt for a renewal i was told would not happen. can you please cancel it properly and refund the money as soon as possible.

    This thread is the only support request we have received from your kurtcourtney91 account and we haven’t received any support requests from the account which purchased the upgrades — this suggests you have another account.

    The upgrades for thewayiseeit.com are owned by kurtcourtney. Please login to that account and reply here or start a chat so we can look at a refund — the option to start a chat is only available through kurtcourtney, not the account you are contacting us from at the moment (it doesn’t have any paid upgrades).
