  Trying to close my account. It says there is a problem and to contact support. ??

  Hi there,

  There’s a premium theme (The Writer) on your site and that’s why you can’t close your account. I can remove that theme, but I need you to confirm this as this action is not reversible.

  I thought I followed the steps to remove that tonight. Please completely close out everything including my account. I just don’t want to be billed in October for a renewal. Thank you.

  I have removed the premium theme and you can now proceed with closing your account.

  I also see that you have already canceled everything else on your account, so you won’t be charged again.
