After processing, refunds usually take about five to ten business days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. Your payment was not refunded. You filed a chargeback against us. In other words, rather than asking for a refund, you accused us of fraud and told PayPal we had stolen the money from you. When this happens there is a process that has to be followed by us and our payment processor, and it can take months before you receive a refund. You can see our full policy on chargebacks here:
It looks like your chargeback has since been cancelled, so I can refund you now. But your upgrades include a custom domain, imassociate.me. In order to refund that domain’s renewal I’ll need to completely cancel the domain, meaning you might not be able to use that domain again in future.
You can also keep the domain, in which case we will only issue a partial refund.
Please confirm whether you want to cancel the domain as well for a full refund, or whether you want to keep the domain and only refund the non-domain portion of your payment.

I would like to request to cancel all my WordPress acct and Domain name. I really need my money full refund because this money is allocated for my family’s need. My plan at first was to try WordPress for 1 year only but it issue annual payment so early and I didn’t know about that early time. Please, help me refund it. My PayPal acct is connected to it. Thanks for confirming. I’ve cancelled the domain and refunded your renewal payment. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
