close my account issue refund

    I am trying to close my account and it won’t let me. Also I was billed for renewal which I don’t want and need to get a refund. How do I close my account. I followed instructions and I got a message that there was a problem and to contact support.

    You would need to remove the upgrade before you are able to close the account. I would be happy to assist you in cancelling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.
