Hello

To close the account please refer to steps mentioned in this doc here: https://wordpress.com/support/close-account/#how-to-delete-your-account

Also note that closing the account does not only shuts down your username, it deletes all the WordPress.com sites you own and all their contents. After a few weeks, this data will be entirely purged from our servers and the process cannot be reversed

If your site has an upgraded Business plan it needed to be downgraded first and that may result in the loss of any content created with plugins. Please take a backup if needed. I will tag this thread to support staff so they can assist you further.

Hi there,

I see there’s an old chargeback on your account from a renewal payment you disputed in 2016. That caused a chargeback fee to be levied against your account, and the site, https://enalaysis.wordpress.com/, was locked to it cannot be deleted.

Once you pay the chargeback fee that lock will be removed, and you’ll be able to close your account.
