  I have had an account with you for years under the email of (email visible only to moderators and staff). I no longer have access to the phone number on the account (3852425808) nor do I have access to the backup codes. I would like to close the account because I can’t log into it, and besides, I have created another account that I will using going forward (this one). It’s also important that the (email visible only to moderators and staff) account be closed because it is also affecting my Gravatar, which shows up when I apply for jobs. I want all of this cleared out. Can you help me? I can provide other forms of ID to verify, but I simply cannot access that phone number or the codes anymore.
