  I need to close my account & see if I can get any refund that was charged to my credit card! I cannot afford this as I am a senior citizen & on limited income!

  We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

  Can you let us know what the URL is of the site where you’re having this problem? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.
