  I tried. It says:

  Close account
  Account closure cannot be undone. It will remove your account along with all your sites and all their content.

  You will not be able to open a new WordPress.com account using the same email address for 30 days.

  To close this account now, contact our support team.

  And when you click on “contact support team” it gives you a form that creates this forum post instead. How very silly.

  Hi there!

  Is the site you’re trying to close manggamanggacom.wordpress.com? The reason why we must do it for you is because the Business plan you previously had on the site was not removed properly. We’ll need to revert the site to the state it was before you uploaded the first plugin and that may cause data loss.

  Since you’re trying to delete the whole site I guess you’re okay with that but, I’d appreciate it if you could confirm that.
  Once you do, we’ll revert the site and you’ll be able to permanently delete it from your account.
