I paid for one, but the other is free. I would like to transfer the remaining subscription over to the free site along with the domain name.

I know there are instructions for transferring domain ownership here:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/transfer-a-domain-to-another-wordpress-com-account/However, I’m not sure how the paid service transfer works when the destination account uses the free service. I will tag this post for moderator attention.
