Close one account, not all of them

    I just want to close this one account, not all of them. Here’s the email they sent me: ‘The WordPress.com Premium plan and custom domain on your site ‘thewomenwarriors.org’ will renew automatically in 30 days. You don’t have to do anything — this is just a reminder.

    You will be charged $99 for this renewal on July 4, 2018. The charge will be made on your Amex 3008, and will appear in the statement as WPCHRG.COM
    See all your purchases and manage them under your account.

    Hi there,

    You will need to cancel active purchases before you can delete your account. This can be done on the Manage Purchases of your account.

    Hi there,

    Do you want to close your account, or just cancel upgrades on a specific site? Those two are not the same thing.

    To cancel an upgrade you need to be logged in as the account that was used to buy that upgrade. The account you’re using to post here does not own the domain, thewomenwarriors.org, so you cannot cancel it, and we cannot make changes to that domain at your request.

    Please log out of this account, and log back in as the username, joannedgilbert. Then you will see the premium plan and domain listed in your Purchases page, and you’ll be able to cancel them yourself from there.
