Close one of my accounts

    Can I close my old wordpress account without it bothering my new account in any way, including gravatar?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi @missfrear,

    As far as I understand, closing an old WordPress.com account registered with one email address should not cause any issues for another WordPress.com account registered with another email.

    Gravatar, though it can be connected to your WordPress.com account, as well as a variety of others around the web, is a separate service and should not be affected in any way if you close your old WordPress.com account.
