  Hi there,

  For security reasons only someone logged into an account can close it. We cannot close the account on your behalf. You can do this from the account settings page at https://wordpress.com/me/account

  Doing that will delete any sites you own, and remove you as a user from any sites you’re a member of, but that belong to someone else. You don’t own any upgrades with us that need to be cancelled.
