Close site and refund

    Dear,
    I want to be sure that I downgraded this site and that it will not be purchased anymore.
    Also, I want to ask can I refund my payment from 6th October 2022, because I downgraded site?

    Howdy,

    I’m seeing a refund as having been processed on
    2022-10-06. So you should be all set. Please keep in mind that while many refunds show up within 24-48 hours, it is not unusual for them to take up to 7-10 days. And in rare cases, typically with non USA banks, even longer.

    I am also not seeing any active upgrades on your account. So you will not be charged going forward.
