  I want to stop this account and stop further payment

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  Hi there,

  It appears you have a plan linked to your account so in order to stop payment you can disable auto-renew for the plan, following the process here: https://wordpress.com/support/manage-purchases/#turn-off-automatic-renewal

  Then if you have any site, you can remove it following the process here: https://wordpress.com/support/delete-site

  After this, you can close the account following the process here: https://wordpress.com/support/close-account

  It doesn’t look like there are any sites under the account you’re reaching out from. Do you know the address of the site you’re being charged for? That would help us point you in the right direction.

  If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for it at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/.

  If the charge indeed comes from WordPress.com, you’ll be able to use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this. We’ll need to get some additional information from you to track down the transaction, and we cannot discuss those here in the public forums.
