  Hello,

  We have a our business website on your platform http://eatonconstruction.net/ and we need to close it down. It was created by someone who recently passed away and he didnt’ leave us the usernames or passwords to access it. Could you please help…?

  eatonconstruction.net isn’t hosted here at WordPress.com so you’re asking in the wrong place I’m afraid. The site may well be using the wordpress installation but it is hosted on GoDaddy servers. You’ll need to reach out to them. You may get further help about password resets at:
