  Our website http://www.banchoryrunningclub.com no longer appears to work (or it has sporadically). We would like to close it down with immediate effect and seek a refund for remaining subscription.

  We’re unable to help you with this since your site at banchoryrunningclub.com isn’t hosted by us at WordPress.com. It seems to be using WordPress.org and is hosted by GoDaddy, a different hosting service provider. We can help with WordPress.com sites here.
