    Why am I getting this notice. I closed this a year ago! I also noticed I was charged recently!!!! I had all my credit card info deleted, why are you still charging me?

    Hi there,

    The WordPress.com account you used to post here doesn’t currently own any upgrades, and the last charge on this account was in December 2020. You can see the receipts for all past charges on the billing history page at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

    If you’ve received a recent charge from us, it’s for a site in a different account. If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – enter the transaction details on that form, and it will tell you if that charge exists on our end and what site it’s for.

    You can also use the Contact Support link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
