  It looks like woo-delightfully-valiant-song.wpcomstaging.com was on the business plan, which been cancelled, but the site itself has not been downgraded.

  In order to close the site, we’d need to downgrade the site which means all installed themes and plugins would be removed. Would you like to proceed?
