Closed account by mistake & need to reactivate

  I had a miscommunication with the person building my website and closed my account. Turns out I DO need my wordpress.com account for my website. It’s http://www.givingwellok.com. How do I pay and get access again? Thank you, Ginny

  It appears that both the account you are contacting us from and the site givingwellok.com are activated and running properly. Are you still having trouble accessing the site currently?

  Yes. I can go to my site and I can go to my account, but everything on my account page is blank and I cannot add anything. I know I need to pay but all I get are blinking grey fields.

  Try the following two things.

  1. Try clearing your browser’s saved cache: https://wordpress.com/support/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache

  If that does not improve things, make sure the browser you are using is up-to-date. If it needs to be updated, please do so.

  2. Try from a different browser to see if you see the same result. Try either Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.

  If either of these ideas, or both, don’t resolve your issue with your account page, let us know which computer operating system and web browser you are using please.

  Thank you for your help. I cleared my browser’s saved cache and, finally, the fields filled in.
