Closed account despite payment

my site is inaccessible via the admin url because WordPress says it’s been closed, I never closed it. And this week you took £300 out of my account for an account you closed… http://www.thinkfirstcomms.com

Hi there,
That site is owned by a different account than the one you’re currently contacting us from. That account hasn’t been closed and to be able to manage your site you need to log in to it.

I can’t log into my account via the account recovery guide as it tells me that account has been closed

The payment email went to (email visible only to moderators and staff), I used those details to log in because they’re the only details that work. I don’t have a saved login with a username apparently, just that email address despite setting up an admin login and one with my business name.
Can you tell me what email address I can log into thinkfirstcomms.com/admin with as the site owner?

When I log in with @reduitblue (email visible only to moderators and staff) which is the email address I used to purchase the site last December – there is no site. I can’t see how to post a screenshot otherwise I’d show you.

I’ve got back in, I don’t know why it didn’t recognise the original email address (email visible only to moderators and staff) as that’s what it is now I’ve logged in. In fact I didn’t use that address I found my admin login.
It would have been really helpful if I was contacted ahead of the money going out WordPress shouldn’t assume everyone’s in their website CMS everyday – cancer has wiped out the last 8 months of my life in terms of work – doesn’t mean I’m not interested, just not up to it. Be good to note that somewhere for others.
