Closed comment section

The comments are closed and I don’t know how to open them so people can leave comments on my blog. One person was able to leave a comment and then they closed.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If comments are closed then you closed them and have to enable them again.All WordPress blogs by default have comments open on all Pages and Posts. Your visitors click the post tiles or the comment links or comment bubbles on the front page of the blog and they are directed to the full post appearing on it’s own page where the comment boxes appear at the end of the posts.
You can enable and disable comments on free hosted WordPress.com blogs on this page > Settings > Discussion Discussion settings is where you set up defaults for comments.
