Who decides when a topic is closed? I still have the same issue I had when I first contacted you.

Also, how does commenting on Word Press end up in the discussion I was involved in on my local news site?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • Hi there,

Who decides when a topic is closed?

Staff and moderators have the ability to close threads whenever an issue has been resolved. In your case, your question was answered by our staff here.

Also, how does commenting on Word Press end up in the discussion I was involved in on my local news site?

Where is the comment you are referring to? I did not see it when I visited the site in reference.

    Let me know, thanks!

I don’t know what you think your staff did or what question was answered, but the issue I had never went away.

“Where is the comment you are referring to? I did not see it when I visited the site in reference.”

Of course you didn’t see the comment, I wasn’t able to post it since that was the issue I was having, that you seem to think was resolved…

Now you might as well close this topic since we are days past the original issue anyway… Thanks for nothing.
