  I had a website which i chaged and now when i type new name it shows the old one and says author discontinues instead pointing to mew word press site
  Old : http://www.thefamilydeckofvards.com
  New: http://www.familydeckofcard.com

  Hi there,

  As mentioned that you have changed you site title. So once you change your site address, the old address will stop working. Visitors will not be redirected to your new site address. The old address will not be available for use again. Please read this link for more information:
