Closing Account

    I would like to close my current account given I had an unsuccessful website development through Fiverr. The person who developed my website was unable to complete the work at the quality I was requesting. Can I use another email and have a new website developed through WordPress?

    Hi there @asduenes, our service provides hosting and management, as well as support. We don’t currently offer site development services.

    If you’d be interested in building your site here, though, with our business plan you can get an onboarding session where we’ll help you get started with site setup. Or we have lots of documentation regardless which plan you’re using.
