  Will I still be able to restart and use the same email address and username when im creating a new account, if I close my current account

  Hello @zintlendleleni,

  I will help you by giving more details on this.

  You can create a new site with your email address. However, usernames cannot be re-used after closure of the current account.

  All data associated with an account is removed during closure, the username is blocked from being registered again, in order to prevent impersonation.

  Alternatively, if you just want to start over with the same website with the same username, you can clean the website and delete all of your content from your site and still keep your current WordPress.com address.

  Thanks for clarifying. We had a rash of duplicate threads all at the same time that were all marked Duplicate.
