  When i try to close my account, i get a message to contact cutomer support. I want ti close my account and delete my rclegion374 site

  You need to remove a Premium theme before you can delete your site and close your account. I understood that this was something you could do from your own dashboard now but it seems staff intervention is still required. This thread has been tagged for staff assistance.

  Hi there,

  Yeah, I’ve seen instances of this still being an issue since the fix as well. Will try to report this internally.

  I can remove the theme for you, but you own the theme indefinitely – so I would recommend you to set your site to private in case you ever want to use the theme again for another site.

  Otherwise, I’d be happy to remove the theme for you so you can proceed with the deletion of the site.
