  Hi, I would like to close my account but it will not let me. Please let me know what I can do. Thank you!

  Hi there,
  In order to close your account you have to delete your account,

  Go to the Setting of your site and then select Delete Site and then they will tell you to export your content.
  Once you export your content you will see the Delete Site button on your bottom left corner.

  You had a latent subscription record on your account even though your products were canceled.

  I’ve taken care of that, and you can now close your account following this guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/close-account/
