Closing account

Yesterday I created a new site (though didn’t publish it), and paid $194 for the Premium Plan. Today, I could not find that site, but instead was taken to a site I created several years ago and which I haven’t used for five years or more. My username was the name I created then. To put it bluntly, I was completely lost.
I have decided to stop the payment, and start all over again with a totally new site. Can you advise me on how I do that. Thanks -

It sounds like you have created the new site with the paid plan on a different account. We can help you recover access to that new account but we’ll need to know more details, like the address of the site.
I can see, however, that you’ve deleted the account from which you posted here so you won’t be able to reply to us (I’ll close this thread because of that).
If you’d like to reopen the account, please reply to the email you received after closing it.
