Closing account

  My organisation published a WordPress page back in 2009, since then we can not retrieve our account information and we would now like to delete the site. Any advice on how I can remove this would be very helpful!

  Hi there!

  What’s the address of the site you’re trying to delete?
  If it’s a site hosted on WordPress.com, you’ll need to check out this page and fill out the Account Recovery form to regain access to the account:

  Recover Your Account

  Once you’ve regained access, you’ll be able to remove the site.

  Hello!

  The address site is: https://berkeleypartnership.wordpress.com/.

  I have looked at the account recovery form but unfortunately do not have any answers to the proof of ownership as this was created back in 2009.

  Is there any other way to get this site removed?

  Only the owner of the site can remove it so regaining access to the account will be necessary. You can email our Account Recovery team at passwordhelp[at]wordpress.com – they’ll have a look and get back to you.
