Closing Account

  I have an old account and would like to close it. I see that domain names will be deleted as well. My question is … will I only be deleting wordpress accounts? I have created a web page and want to make sure it is not deleted.

  In short, it’s possible to close a WordPress.com account, but doing so will delete any sites, and upgrades, attached to that account.

  I’d like to see if we can get two pieces of information from you to help further.

  1. What is the username of the account you wish to close?

  2. What is the address of the web page you wish to keep?
