Hi there, I wish to close my account but my account has just auto renewed for the year. Would it be possible to get a refund if I close the account? Thanks.

Hi atiernan1, if it’s within 30 days for a plan or 96 hours for a domain, you should be fine. I did notice this account does not have the upgrades, though. Could you log into the correct account, then update us here?
You can likely log in with the email address that gets renewal reminders.

Hi there,
I’ve logged in and I can’t see what you are referring to. I have only access to this account, I am an admin. The other admin on the account is the business that set up the website originally. Do you think its that person I need to speak to? I don’t get renewal reminders by e-mail.

Yes, if the upgrade is under their account, the easiest thing to do is to have them initiate the refund. What is the site URL?
