  I can’t close my account permanently. Please help

  Hi @wassefdesignstudio, there’s been a chargeback associated with this account, and that seems to be preventing closure. We’ll check in with billing on that.

  In the meantime, we’ll also need to remove your Premium Theme, Pinboard. If we remove it, you won’t be able to get it back without buying it again, so please confirm whether that’s what you want.

  You’ll also need to delete your sites to remove this account:
