  If I’ve migrated my blog account to another hosting site, will closing this account effect my website?

  Hi folks, I have merged these two separate threads since they’re mostly the same thing.

  @carriighotmailcom if you’ve successfully moved everything off our services, you should be fine. Also, if you had upgrades here with us, make sure those were properly moved, too. I can see this account does not have upgrades, but you may have another account, and if so you’ll want to log in as that user first to see what’s there.

  If you have any doubts, ou may want to simply make the old site private. Leave it that way for a while, and if you don’t run into any trouble, you’ll probably fine to delete it. Or you can leave it as a private site indefinitely.
