  this account was set up to purchase jetpack for an existing site (iyamw.org) when i log in as admin on iyamw.org to purchase jetpack it says i don’t have any sites… need to link this id to existing site not a new one but don’t know how or if that’s possible

  Hi there,

  It looks like you have connected that site to another WordPress.com account you’ve already purchased an upgrade. If you want to connect the site and transfer the upgrade to your current account you need to log in to that other account and then contact Jetpack support at https://jetpack.com/contact-support/
