  Hello there. I just puchased my WordPress account yesterday and am finding it too difficult to navigate. I have also puchased a plug-in for the site.
  1. If I close my account, will I get a refund for the plan subscription as well as the plug-ins?
  2. Will my donain address still be active, if I want to create a site from another service?
