  Hi there:

  It looks like you had the eCommerce subscription at one point. Before deleting your site, take a moment to export your content. This will package the content of all your posts and pages, along with your site’s settings, into a .zip file. If you ever want to re-create your site, you’ll be able to import the .zip file to a new site.

  This content can not be recovered once you delete this site.

  Once you confirm you have that export or if you confirm you want to proceed without getting that export, we’ll downgrade your site and clear out the content, then you should be able to delete your site and close your account at the above link.

  no option to delete with out exporting zip file no need to export file as dev who made they site had no idea what they was doing how do i proceed to delete account with export zip file please
