  We signed up a year ago but did not end of using the account. I didn’t know it auto-renewed. I just noticed a charge on my credit card for renewal and need to ask for that to be reversed and my account closed.

  We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

  If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

  The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

  WordPress XXXXXXXXXX
