Closing account

I did all the steps suggested to close the account and I do not see a button that say close. It only says contact support. Please help.

Hi! This account owns a premium theme. If we remove the theme for you, you won’t be able to get it back. Please confirm you understand and we’ll go ahead and remove the theme for you, then you can delete the site and account.

There seems to be another problem. Because it still says to close account contact support.

Oh I see, there was previously a Business Plan on that as well. Usually that would downgrade when you remove your plan.
I am guessing it’s fine since you’re removing it, but can you just confirm this is fine?
Downgrading will remove any third party themes or plugins you’ve added. You may also lose other changes and content you’ve made since adding them. Can you confirm this is fine with you?
I would guess it’s fine since you’re deleting everything. Still, if you need anything from the site, please export the site and media first:
