Closing account

  How do I close all accounts? I’m getting notice that I’m going to charged for G suite for (email visible only to moderators and staff). All my accounts should be closed

  Hi,

  You can cancel and remove your purchases from your Manage Purchases page (https://wordpress.com/me/purchases) by selecting the purchase > selecting “Cancel Plan” > then selecting “Remove Plan”.

  You will be able to close your account by following the steps here once all your purchases have been removed from the account: https://wordpress.com/support/close-account/#how-to-delete-your-account

  Please make sure that you are logged in with the correct account (with the one you were receiving these emails to).

  Just to note, you don’t have any purchases currently associated with this WordPress.com account as far as I can see.

  If you have a different WordPress.com account which does still have active purchases, I would suggest first logging out of this WordPress.com account from your account page:
  https://wordpress.com/me/account

  After that you’d be able to log in using your other account (username or email address that you use with it) and manage your purchases:
  https://wordpress.com/log-in
