    I’ve closed my plans and my account which would normally takes 15-20 mins but it’s been 1hr and my account is still not closed

    Hi there!

    Canceling the site/subscriptions does not close your WordPress.com account because you can use the same account to create more sites in the future. If you want to close the WordPress.com account, please follow the steps here:
