Closing account

  I’m unable to close my account permanently. I downgraded from a Creator trial recently and even though nothing shows up in Purchases, one of my sites is stuck processing the removal of that plan.

  Any help would be appreciated

  I can see that you purchased a monthly Creator plan today after your Creator Trial plan expired on March 8, 2024. It seems that you’ve changed your mind and decided to stay with us.
