  I logged in with my google account hoping to be put onto my original profile but accidently made a new one. I would like to get rid of my new profile. How would I go about doing that?

  Hi there,

  There is no way to delete a WordPress account once created.
  You can instead leave your account inactive by following this:

  1) Delete Site linked to your account
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
  You don’t seem to have a site linked to this account. So, you can skip this step.

  2)Unsubscribe all email notifications by checking the checkbox ‘Block all email updates from blogs you’re following on WordPress.com’ on link below
  https://wordpress.com/me/notifications/subscriptions

  3) Change your password to random string and leave the account inactive.

  4) Change email address under Account Settings. This will help in creating another WordPress account in future with same email id as every WordPress account is linked to unique email id.
