  hi I would like to close my account, I was sure I had the premium version and would like to make sure all payments associated with account are also ended

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there. You can make sure all payments stop by going to the ME section of WordPress.com and then select MANAGE PURCHASES. You’ll find any plans you’ve purchased there and can stop them from renewing.

  You can thcan n close your account by going to Account Settings, and then select Close your account permanently.

  Hi massagehqipp,

  As @lukeshoreblog mentioned, upgrades can be cancelled from the Manage Purchases page — however, the account you are contacting us from doesn’t own any upgrades.

  If you send a link to the site you may have upgraded, I’ll be happy to double check on that for you. Please don’t post any transaction IDs here, a site link is the only information I need :)
